Include a printed copy of the order form that was emailed to you.
If you are unable to access a printer, prominently display your Order Number inside of the package. Please also write your name, email, and phone to ensure we can reach you.

Once your digitized order is complete, you can choose to have DVD Your Memories safely ship your original media and digitized versions back to you, or securely destroy the originals for your privacy.
